ZTL Holdings Ltd · United Kingdom
ZTL Holdings is the parent company behind Zada Technology and Command Rooms. One group, covering the physical security estate and the software that now runs on top of it.
The group
Two businesses, held together because they solve the same problem from opposite ends. One builds the estate. One writes the software that runs on it.
Electronic Security & Control Rooms
Zada designs, installs and maintains electronic security for the UK's largest and most complex commercial sites. Shopping centres, stadiums, business parks and local authority estates.
Applied AI for Security
Command Rooms writes software for the security industry. The company develops and licences the Ace Data AI Agent, bringing automation and intelligent analysis into the control room.
Why one group
Most security businesses stop at the hardware. ZTL holds both halves of the problem: the engineering company that builds and maintains the estate, and the software company that makes sense of what it sees. Shared ownership, shared standards, and one accountable group behind both.
Twenty five years of installing and maintaining security systems on sites where failure is an incident, not an inconvenience.
Code written specifically for the security industry, by people who have spent their careers inside control rooms.
Both companies held under one group, so clients deal with a single set of standards and a single line of accountability.
